The restaurant "Les Ombres" takes up approximately 300 square metres, allowing a hundred guests to visit. The dining room is fitted out around a core where the cellar, the dresser and the display units are clustered.

The tone mahogany woodwork takes precedence over the nuances of shady ground. The spacious square tables and a few round tables are freely located according to the views and services necessities. There are no tablecloths, so as to let the Eiffel Towers shadows be reflected.

The white porcelain plates also carry the grey trace of this shadow, while the metallic structure of the ceiling and its shelled roof are revealed to the spectator.

The chairs and sofas are braided leather straps, in tones of red / brown and mocha / burgundy. On the outside, the chairs are identical, but in a weather-resistant material.

Decor, furniture and crockery are signed Jean Nouvel, architect of the museum. The omnipresence of the shadow of the Eiffel Tower is a tribute to the architect to the engineer Eiffel, whose major work has become the universal symbol of Paris.
