Interior designer Klavs Rosenfalck's gallery boutique, KRD, offers product choices that marry his Scandinavian origins with his passion for Latin countries, particularly Italy, where he lived for several years.
KRD offers an eclectic blend of Nordic and Mediterranean accents whose duality is highlighted in the furniture and accessories (lamps, table top, textile and objects), mostly collectible 20th century "antiques "which are blended with contemporary pieces.
KRD charms us with its sharp selection of "must haves" from multi-coloured throws in cashmere, art glassware to a carefully chosen array of home accessories, table ware and furniture, be they mid-century or contemporary.
The interior designer travels throughout Europe on the outlook for small design brands specialized in fields such as weaving, saddle making, wrought iron or glass. Thanks to the level of confidence he has developed with these craftsmen the founder of KRD is able to have custom pieces made.
