Boffi means innovation and design for kitchen and bathroom. It is the only company, in the kitchen sector, awarded with the Compasso d'oro alla carriera -Golden compass for career- (1995); Boffi has become a point of reference, in Italy as wall as abroad, in terms of products, communication and showrooms.

Creativity/inventiveness, production and entrepreneurship represent the three core activities of the company, highly integrated in production decisions and operating processes. The strategic principles develop on two key points: avoiding the occasional and casual collaboration between company and designer but organise it in a more systematical way ; creating a net of companies sharing the same soul, in order to spread and consolidate the design culture, and meet systematically the requirements of demanding customers.

The result of this strategies are: the creation of a complete range of furniture for kitchen and bathroom integrating design, production and distribution ; the opening of flagship stores in the main cities of the world, culminated with the opening of the show rooms "By", in partnership with Porro and Living; the introduction of products on the international market in spaces and exhibitions "Fuori Salone"; the acquisition of Norbert Wangen company, historical german brand of high-profile kitchens.
