Joan Soler and Gemma Madir, fishmonger’s and owners of a fish shop in the “Mercado Galvany“ (Galvany Market), created a new concept of fish shop which is named BIGFISH; first design fish shop in Barcelona, where you could buy fish, listening jazz music and drink a glass of wine, while the sushi man was making sushi to take away. When the time passed by, we introduced tasting, and this is how we have started restoration with our first restaurant.
