For a long time already, cherished this dream to create a cooking school, open to all and dedicated to “Art de la Table” in the noblest sense of the term. This infrastructure exists today, in the heart of the Brabant countryside, far away from any noise and commotion. Every detail has been foreseen thoroughly to ensure the “Atelier Yves Mattagne” is worthy of its name. Each individual can fulfill his or her expectations by getting hands-on experience in the kitchen.
Assisted by Damien Audusseau, kitchen chef, it is my ambition to share with you my most recent culinary experiences. A cocktail made from successfully combining fresh sea products with the savours of the land.

Set up within a professional kitchen environment, 10 individual workstations enable us to welcome up to 20 participants for any course. Acclaimed professionals in their respective fields lead the kitchen, wine and cigar courses as well as the “Art de la Table” presentations.

Ideally located near the main access roads, the “Atelier Yves Mattagne” offers you a modern culinary destination. Once at the dining table, the main attraction of each session, we take you from discovery to discovery.
